Pretty...but as far as functionality she'll be dead in 3 seconds. All the fleshy bits are exposed. :(

This is fantastic! The lighting is intense on the girl, which really pops her out of the image. I have noticed that you tend to make your female riders warm and the metal objects very cool which visually separates them onto different planes instead of blending them into a single object. You also keep the shadows on the machine much more subdued than the dramatic lighting on the characters. Both of these things are really interesting choices. If it were a photo the image would be over exposed on her cheek and in her hair as no details are preserved. This gives her a real sense of 3d Form. The mech suit doesn't read as easily for a form, it feels more like texture, but it works because the texture is beautiful. I couldn't figure out what the white image was behind her because it is so bright it jumps in front of her arm.

You absolutely have realistic nailed. The textures, edges, and materials look fantastic. The picture reads as multiple layers; soft light on girl, hard light on mech, slightly blurred background and then a tightly focused ship wires. Compositing the background to match the foreground is the only idea I have to make the background match the realism of the girl and her armor in the front. The girl looks great though.
